Of course, you can mix our food with kibble. This is a great option for the budget conscious.
How do I transition my dog to fresh food?
We suggest blending Paw Heart with their current diet and transition over 10 days.

How should I store my dog's food?
Your dog food will be delivered frozen. We suggest you defrost a week worths of food at a time in your refrigerator.
How long will it stay fresh in the refrigerator?
4-6 days
How long can I keep it frozen?
6 months
Can I refreeze thawed food?
Yes, depending on the method of thawing. If you thaw your food in the refrigerator and refreeze before 5 days
What's the best way to thaw a meal?
Thawing in the refrigerator is the best method, but you can also thaw using your microwave if you forgot to thaw sooner. We personally don't thaw using a microwave but it is perfectly safe.

How often should I order?
The best method is sign up for subscription and we will deliver to you either monthly or twice a month.
Do you offer subscriptions?
Yes.
Can I pause, skip, or cancel my subscription?
Yes.
When will my order arrive?
After placing your first order and we process your subscription you will be added to our delivery schedule. We will deliver your first order with in 3-5 days. Following that order you will get your orders bi-monthly.
Do you offer local pickup?
